Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Certain items, such as earrings, undergarments, or final sale items, are non-returnable for hygiene and clearance reasons.

Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right at no extra cost.
